1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using CodeQuery's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CodeQuery provides software development, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and related IT services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property rights in our website content belong to CodeQuery
  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in the project agreement
  • We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and experience gained during projects
  • Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses

4. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for projects
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed schedules
  • Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to us

5. Payment terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. Generally, we require an advance payment before project commencement. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in project suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeQuery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
